Such imagery may include representative arrangements, styling, accessories, contents or presentation elements and should not be understood as a guarantee that every displayed element is included with a particular product or order.

Final product specifications, dimensions, finish, customisation, included contents and pricing are confirmed separately before an order is accepted.

Where an image represents an actual product or product design, we aim to present its form, material and finish as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, natural wood is inherently individual. Grain patterns, colour tones, knots, texture and other natural characteristics can vary from one piece of wood to another.

These subtle differences are not intended to reduce the quality of the finished creation. They form part of the natural character that makes each handcrafted piece individual.

Our products are handcrafted rather than produced as perfectly identical mass-manufactured objects. As a result, slight variations may naturally occur in areas such as:

• Wood grain and natural pattern.
• Colour and tone.
• Texture.
• Hand-applied finishes.
• Engraving appearance.
• Small handcrafted construction details.

Minor variations that do not materially change the agreed design or function are part of the individual character of a handcrafted product.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on screen brightness, display settings, device calibration, lighting conditions and photography.

Where an exact colour or finish is particularly important for a customised order, it should be discussed and confirmed before production begins.

Customised and made-to-order products are developed around the dimensions, finish, engraving, branding, quantity and other requirements confirmed for the specific order.

Reference photographs, concept visuals or previous work may help communicate the intended direction, but the final handcrafted creation will be produced according to the requirements and approvals agreed before production.

Natural and minor handcrafted variations may still occur without materially altering the agreed design.

Decorative objects, ribbons, fabrics, cards, flowers, contents, props or other styling elements shown in presentation imagery are not automatically included with a product unless they are specifically stated as part of the confirmed order.

Before a direct or customised order is confirmed, the agreed product description, dimensions, finish, quantity, customisation details and included elements take priority over general lifestyle or presentation imagery.

If you are unsure whether a particular detail shown in an image is included, we encourage you to confirm it with us before placing or approving an order.

This note is not intended to excuse an incorrect product, materially incorrect customisation or a product that does not reasonably correspond with the confirmed order.

Our intention is simply to recognise the natural individuality of handcrafted wooden products while remaining clear about the difference between presentation imagery and confirmed product specifications.
